We have a vacancy for an experienced Field Sales Engineer with a sound background in electrical controls to promote our range of Safety Relays, Measuring Relays, and Motor Control Products.
The preferred candidate will be a pro-active self motivated team player with several years’ field sales experience selling a similar or related product range and must possess excellent negotiation skills.

MAIN FUNCTION OF THE ROLE:

• To promote and sell the companies products, targeting industries within the Midlands / Northern England areas.
• To maintain our existing customer database, introduce new clients and generate new business.
• To carry out client visits and joint visits to customers with the manufacturer and other personnel.
• To assist with sales and marketing activities, develop and work towards agreed business plans, sales strategies and objectives.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical field experience selling to industry with a proven sales record.
• Good presentation / communication skills.
• Good planning and organisational skills.
• Computer literate with experience in compiling quotations and database upkeep.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Self motivated, self disciplined.
• Smart appearance.
• Integrity.
