Dold have developed a new ultra compact 100A and 200A motor brake relay with user friendly set up functions.

This module incorporates the following features;

Automatic standstill monitoring, additional safety timer overide
(during braking cycle), proportional current setting and overcurrent limit, auto detection of motor back emf to vary the braking start time.

Overide of the braking function (E stop function to comply with PUWER 98) comprehensive DC injection contactor control to allow the use of AC rated DC injection contactor overtemperaure monitoring of the output semiconductor.

• Automatic monitoring of back emf from motor before braking

• Built in sandstill monitoring function
