Maximum mobility with the highest level of safety
Do you want to work safely and reliably in hazardous areas when maintaining or setting up machines – with maximum mobility? Then we have the perfect solution for you with the new wireless safety system RE 6900 from the SAFEMASTER W series. The wireless enabling switch enables safe operation and prevents the unintentional initiation of dangerous movements, as only an activated centre position of the three-stage switch gives the wireless enable for machine movement. Releasing or pressing the button interrupts the movement immediately and triggers a safety-related shutdown. Thanks to its ergonomic design, the wireless enabling switch fits perfectly in the hand and allows intuitive one-handed operation – with maximum safety up to Cat. 4 / PL e or SIL 3. Further solutions for safe automation
In addition to our safe speed and standstill monitors from the SAFEMASTER S series, discover our compact safety switching devices from the SAFEMASTER series, such as the emergency stop module UF 6925, which is just 17.5 mm wide, features front-panel connection via Cage clamp terminals and has a wide voltage range of DC 8–36 V.

The safety switch and key transfer system SAFEMASTER STS serves to monitor the moveable safety guards found on machines and installations. Insulation monitoring for IT systems up to DC 1500 V
The combination of the insulation monitor RN 5897/010 and the new coupling device RR 5898 is predestined for use in modern applications in which the insulation of IT systems with high voltages needs to be monitored. The devices from the VARIMETER IMD series are suitable for the reliable monitoring of power supplies such as battery energy storage systems (BESS), but also for applications such as test and inspection systems. By detecting insulation faults in unearthed systems at an early stage, the insulation monitor RN 5897/010 ensures increased operational and system safety.
Smart motor start-up and protection
Motors used in ventilation systems, pumps and conveyor systems require more power when starting up. In addition, the mechanical load increases significantly if the start-up is too fast. A softstarter is used to reduce this high starting current and mechanical load. The robust softstarter PF 9415 from the MINISTART family is the right choice for the smooth start-up and shutdown of three-phase/asynchronous motors with integrated monitoring functions.
